This morning Valencia got a beautiful new quilt from Grandma Liz. Then a nap In perpetration for yet another late night. Off to Dr. Pettine's for dinner and fun. Valencia's favorite part of the evening was playing with her buddy Hannah.

Don't turn your back

Because if you do I'll climb the chair, help myself to lunch, then you'll have to give me a bath. After all that I'll steal the stuffed monkey's pacifier.

I need a nap

Valencia took an extra long nap this afternoon in preparation for another late night. Then we were off to see Corwin star as Noah in his school play. Valencia also took advantage of some extra Noni time.

Out and about

Valencia sure enjoys going out in the world. Today we were at another scrap yard looking at some things for around the house and again came up empty handed. Spending an entire day looking for stuff and not finding anything would normally put us in a bad mood. Thanks to Valencia every day is a new adventure and when it's time for bed we are thankful for every minute we have with her.

Having been stuck indoors for most of their lives Valencia and Charlie are really enjoying the warm weather. Today the enjoyed each others company with a stroll in the park and a lovely picnic.

Valencia and I went and got Mama at her work for a short break today. I may have forgotten her hat.

Happy birthday

According to Valencia Noni is 4 years old today. My guess is that after chasing her around so much Noni feels a bit older then that. I don't know how she does it and we can't thank her enough. We love you Mom, happy birthday.

Noni's birthday isn't until tomorrow but Valencia couldn't wait any longer. Thanks to modern technology almost the whole family joined in on the computers. After dinner Valencia had the privilege of helping Noni blow out the candles.

Valencia likes to stand at the end of the bed and talk to Abbot every morning. This evening she stood up and he wasn't there. So she decided to try and grab the fan. Good thing it's 12 feet in the air.
