Where's my egg

Of all the things Valencia got for Easter her favorite are these little shiny little eggs. Her favorite thing to do with them is to share, as long as you give it right back.

Irish traveler

Valencia spent some time playing with Grammy and Da in their camper today. Then it was off for some hat shopping. She decide against the cowboy hat since it was kinda big.

Shopping, eating cookies, playing with Abbot's ball. It was a good day

Aloha

Out for some delicious Hawaiian dinner. Valencia mostly liked looking at the fish with her Grandpas.

Story time

Valencia knows that after we read her a story it's time for bed. Since Abbot spends most of the day sleeping she decided to read him a story.

Wait a second

This baby looks exactly like that baby. At book group tonight Valencia finally got to meet the twins, Addy and Evan.

Abbot

Abbot has been circling Valencia like a hungry vulture for almost 10 months waiting for her to figure out she can share her dinner with him. Also Michaela was yelling at the dog tonight and called him Valencia.

After Valencia gets ready for the the day she loves to go in our closet and pick out clothes for her Mama. Mostly she just likes to pull stuff out of the hamper. Then at breakfast she did her best impression of a grumpy old man, even used her spoon as a cigar.

Another fun day with friends

Valencia enjoyed a beautiful afternoon at the park. She is getting very animated in the way she expresses herself.

Valencia is getting pretty good at feeding herself. Today her ear was especially hungry

Mama has the day off

So we went to the park to play with some friends:
Cassidy, Charlie, Owen, Valencia, Elouise, Harper

All play and no work, I don't think so

Looks like Grandpa couldn't get the spoon to Valencia fast enough today so he just gave her the bag. She's eating so much now that I decided to put her to work. Here she is with John, her 1st car deal a brand new F-150. After they sealed the deal with a high five they went for a race around the parking lot. It was pretty close but John took her in the corners. Valencia said its because he has bigger wheels.

Grandpa!!!

With Noni out of town Grandpa was on his own with Valencia today. He did diapers, a bottle, lunch and played like crazy. With Valencia just getting her first tooth we were worried she might be a little much for him to handle. But he put our nerves at ease and if she had a choice at the end of the day to come home or stay and play we're sure she would have chosen Grandpa.

Nonstop

Valencia was full of energy today. She only had two short naps and didn't stop moving for more then a few seconds at a time. At one point I think I fell asleep standing up.
