Keep an eye on your brother

Every morning while Michaela is in the shower and I'm getting ready for work we task Valencia to watch Bacary. She takes this job very serious. So much so that when she had to go she ran to the bathroom and brought her toilet to him. When I tried to help she told me that she had it under control.

Whatever Valencia had she was nice enough to pass it along to Bacary. He's starting to feel better but is still a bit congested. Valencia said she was sorry and tried not to touch him but it was hard because he's so cute.

Lora came by for some Bacary hugs. Nikki was really excited to hold a baby and played like crazy with Valencia.

Valencia ran all over the store and decided I should just buy her this play kitchen. She said its big enough to make real pretend cakes but did have some concern how we would fit it in the car.

1st thing

When Bacary wakes up in the morning the only thing he wants is his sister beside him.

When I got home from work I asked Valencia what she did today. "I went bowding with Charlie. It was soooo fun. First the children's get the ball and roll it down the thing then the Mama's put the ball in their belly and throw it. Mama got a strike and first we put on special shoes."

We finally got Bacary a high chair. Now he can enjoy dinner at eye level with the rest of the family.

We had a nice dinner and got in some nice hugs before Gee Gee heads home tomorrow.

Snow day

Valencia loves to play in the snow and it was warm enough for Bacary and Mama to join her today. Plus Bacary wanted to try out his fancy sock mittens.
